Word 2007 save as .PDF
A new feature in Office 2007 means that users can also save their files as a .PDF. This can be done by following these steps.
- Click the on the button on the top left corner
- Pick “Save as” option
- Pick “PDF or XPS”
This feature being built into office long over due. But unless the user at the other has as well office 07 at the other end or have extremly expensive Adobe software, I would stick to .doc.
